I started music early. I gave my first live performance at a battle of the bands in 1984 singing the Carole King song "carealot" from the Care Bears Movie. (hey I was 5 years old!) what was awsome about that is, I remembre it so vividly in my mnd and my mother played guitar while I sang and harmonized with me. I didn't wiin but that was my first stage appearance. So anyway. Fast forward about ten years and I started teaching myself guitar with some help from my mom and Jars Of Clay's first record. My mom would teach me chords and I'd ear out songs off the record, til i learned the whole record. It wasn't til college that I started playing out and perfromng. I really shoudn't say performing, I was one of the worship leaders for Calvary chapel Bible College where I was a student. After flunking out I moved to Flagstaff AZ where I was on the worship team for Vinyard Christian Fellowship, I was also in the Christian/Pop band Blind Faith.
Due to a bad sutuation (homelessness) I moved back to Winslow whwe, sincee I've been back, I've played for bands U-DECIDE-ALL, Ty one On, and Neo Nexus. I've also had a good run as an opem mic host for a while.
I had a kidney transplant in July 2003 wich began rejeting in May of 2008. I'm currently on dyalisis and awaiting another kidney transplant. My main focus at the moent is following the strict health and dietary guidlines of dyalisis, til transplant and after transplant, recovering. then immidiately dive into my music. I have two tracks almost finished for the recored and will finish my work on it as soon as my health allows. So sleep easy for now....but know Nate Larson is coming.

Thanks for a song to soothe stung ears. A smile when I didn't have one of my own&faith that I could endure one more minute. Thanks for your friendship.
hey bud! glad my song is stuck in your head. mary is stuck in mine. i want to cover it for a gig I have this coming saturday..what do you think? I will DEF. give you credit for it. If you're cool with it send me the lyrics..i'll try to video tape the performance :)
In all honesty, I've been so slammed with studio work I haven't had a chance to do anything except attempt to catch up! I've got 6 of 12 songs to finish bass on for Universalia Jane, a jungle track to infuse my brand of weirdness into for Kip Killagin, an original arrangement of my own (which will inevitably get done last), a 5-hour live show with 8 different bands to mix, and pre-production for the new BURNING THE BRIDGE album is currently underway (and going quite well!). And of course, you and I still have to finish "Afraid I" and "Behind Closed Doors", which I'd really like to get done before I start filling my brain with more material to deconstruct and re-engineer!! lol
In addition to all this, I've got 20 students per week comin' through, a bunch of live sound gigs poppin' up at The Green Room, and the label to run with 6 artists and counting, and three bands (INKCHILD, BURNING THE BRIDGE, and DELTA BLUE). Contrary to popular belief, there is absolutely, positively, without a doubt no rest for the wicked! lmAo
Let's get the two songs we've already begun completed before divin' into the rest... :)
