Do you own RuneScape? We at the NGoR are neither affiliated with nor operated by JaGeX Ltd. That is all Andrew Gower, and we are very glad we have no claims over that game with how downhill it has gone over the years since 2003.
Are you rich? When dropping all that I earn and all that is donated to me - no.
Can I add you in game? You are free to do as you like. The username of which is given by way of inbox request is merely a way to view if the primary representative of NGoR is online. If so I CANNOT respond to every beg, threat, request, and questions at the same time. Instead it is easier to simply find us at our town "Catherby_9" (clan chat "Catherby_9" or "WorldNine"). Or you may contact us at the "Contact Us" link at NG Forum header.
Can I have items? There is more than enough donated to the world of RuneScape during the 4 holidays of the year (once every 3 months). Use the event calendar, and you shall be one of the lucky members of NGoR eligible to grab some items as they appear at our Drop Parties.
Can I ask you a question?
Feel free to ask via our inbox. And remember if you don't change your profile settings so that we may place a request to be added to your friends list (without necessity of knowing your last name or E-mail address) we cannot and will not respond.
How to be a "Top 24 Friend"
It is very difficult to determine what truly makes a "top friend," when we have over 1200 to choose from, and only 24 of which will get recognition by visitors and potential recruits.
We have decided this through a few simple methods. Either the user's profile promotes their character from the game (which is judged based on the size of the actual character rather, than all background and nothing much to show in detail); or else through one of the monthly contests held at the NGoR Forums, for our dedicated active members to enroll in.
Sadly, not yet paid for all my efforts, but on the side of working a full-time job, I enjoy designing guides for numerous games, online and offline types.

We list the top 500 of our members, based on not only individual skills, but also in combat and quest points. And those whom master skills, earn their place in our Legends Page.
Holiday Events (4-8m in item value, every 3 months)
Yet, we at the National Guard of Runescape value the holidays, which give us a reason to waste our time online during the holidays. Something that is actually work our time, and worth gold value upon resell. And we have stayed true to keeping the dream alive, since Thanksgiving 2004, until present date. Every 3/4 months, another 4-10 in donated items are droped to the free world servers.
Weekly Skill Training Events
As a benefit to all of our registered members (at forum), we offer daily/weekly group training events in combat and skills. These groups are led by experienced trainers, whom are dedicated to the keen shaping of your ability to find ways to train faster, safer, better, and get that desired level in less effort than you may be exhausting thus far.
Planning a wedding, or simply starting a relationship with a fellow gamer? Once you are confident in your relational status, let us know so you may be listed in the ONLY couples database of RuneScape.
For those already engaged, and awaiting a priest for the marrage ceremony -- weddings are offered, recorded, and catalogued by the NGoR, free of charge (some video recorders will charge a 'donation' for their service). You can select a location for the ceremony, or it can be done at our own chapel area of the NGoR house (RuneScape membership required).
And if you are still single, don't fret. There is the singles database (also, the ONLY one of its kind for RuneScape), the place where singles go to get their name out there, or to check who else is seeking a soulmate to share the world of RuneScape with.
Fame of Game: News on Top Players
We gather information on the last known location of the top 10 players. Proof images are submitted to our Photo Gallery by the members, to validate their claim of fame spotted.

Crackhead: Quests is ranked by neither Jagex nor Catherby_9. We only give ranking at chat to the most active 200 members whom possess the devotion needed to earn the mastery of a skill cape.
OMG i should get a rank on chat for having 270qps dude and being able to do the bigest hardest and most rewarding quest in runescape but not to complain i can live with out it because i can do the quest i give it 160% one of the best quests runescape has ever made and im just saying this because im a quester not a skiller if u can do this quest have fun but dont kill your self
Nashrou: The top 40 is based on character images, not capes.
If you have an image of yourself, and the gear is good, it will be ranked in the top 40 listing.

I've always used lobster and shark at my town, for 99s. Though it takes 5 months if you're on 7 hours daily.
