About me:

My name is Morten, and I am from Oslo, Norway. I have been interested in native americans since I was a child. I have also an uncle who has been married to an native (Ute)/mexican girl since 1974.

One of my goals has been to read as many books as possible, see movies and get to know the real history of the American Natives, and most important, give the infomation to the next generation, even if Im in Oslo, Norway. I have almost 300 movies, from movies with the stereotype image and of course..the real thing.

I am really HAPPY that they are lots of upcoming young Native filmmakers and actors who will make an fantastic career, but first...HOLLYWOOD has to change it..s point of view on how an native movie should be. I am little fed up with Hollywood movies with stories such as.."white man saves the whole tribe". "Native girl fel in love with a white man",,and so on.

You all have LOTS of stories that should come out to the audience. Just think about Sitting Bull, Chief Joseph and Geronimo to name a few. Strong persons, even women such as Lozen and Dahteste, who took great pride being married and had children, and also had the life as a warrior.
Enough about that.
