About me:
here is to growing. an amazing experience that requires a lot of patience! Eternal Harvest is all about sharing inspiration and information so that we may all live in sustainability and harmony...so that we are all able to live in bliss. Food, Literature, Art, recreation, trade, youth, old age, sickness and health are all of our responsibilities. Eternal harvest was begun around the dawning of the new century by Greg Walker and Scott Burns to address the need for preserving genetic diversity and healthy living in our communities. The gardens and ideals are still growing. All friends and new visitors should click on the links within the images on this page for an everchanging link to new information. The actual photos are taken with a used Sony CDMavica 3.3 mega pixel camera and were mostly taken of plants on the maiden eternal harvest gardens here in the ancient mountains of North Carolina. Please stay in touch if you are intersted in continuing to be a part of the effort. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ..This profile was edited with MySpace Help - Profile Creator and Editor Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Greetings!
Too cool just yet to start planting, but I have some seedlings started, and they're raring to go.

Here are a few snaps I took last week while walking in the woods.

We finally got some sunshine and heat, and it came on with a vengeance. We PNW'ers pretty much fry in our shoes when that happens.

It's actually too windy, wet and cold outside to be able to do any gardening, but the sun came out for a few minutes yesterday and I was able to take some photos.
Years from now, when gazing at these images, I will imagine we had a glorious spring and summer!

Thanks! They're rogue volunteers, but I never get tired of looking at them. They're past their prime in the blink of an eye; but when they're first opening, their color is intense and their petals are crowded and crumpled.
Spectacular!

The sun finally came out long enough to coax a few poppies from their pods.

John, I do hope your birthday is spent with your bare feet in cool grass, listening to nature's song.
I've been planting with hope of a good season..it's been a beautiful Spring here in South Texas!

Delightful Farmer John!!!!!

You spoke those wonderful words to me the other day and my heart skipped! Oh yes, I am here to, finally, deliver the THANKS! I will continue to pray for the inspiration for creativity. I remember how the effort of visiting a webpage makes a person feel. I have been learning so much through this difficult moment. I pray to maintain a positive spirit in which I'm able to truimph or florish in whatever I set out to do! May you continue to be blessed!!! You have such a wonderful spirit.

Peace be with you, always.

Yes it is my Friends…

Lets protect and preserve what we have for future generations.

Seriously we are on the precipice of sustainability on many fronts and are quickly running out of many natural resources.

So plant a tree…
Pick up some trash….
Don’t throw chemicals down the drain as they end up in our water supply….
Don’t use chemical fertilizers as it is creating dead zones and killing our waterways and oceans…

Recycle….
Reuse….
Reduce Usage….
& & &
Spread the word…….

The more GREEN folks on board the louder our collective voice!

Thank you all my wonderful Friends…

I love you all and happy Earth Day :)

Remember that Life is 90% attitude :))))))

Xtreme Love and many Blessings to you and yours,

Richard;)
