Set in an all-male school, the story follows Timothy who suffers the wrath of his homophobic classmates. He withdraws into his imagination where macho rugby players morph into dancing fairies decked in go-go boy attire. When asked to star in the school play he first balks at acting. As Timothy eventually embraces the mischievous character of Puck, he finds the secret to a magical pansy that seems to turn people gay! He then puckishly imposes a new reality by turning much of his narrow-minded town gay, beginning with the rugby-jock of his dreams.
One Night Only limited seating available $10 advance, $12 day of event Students and SHOUT members are always $7
We are still coming off of one of the best natural high..s I can remember . This year the "Is what it is" theme turned out to be a stellar weekend . NAWFest is just getting bigger and better but the best part is the type of people it brings , some of the coolest friendliest people I have ever had the pleasure to kick it with . Thanx for everything and see you next year , X
We just wanted to take some time to thank all of our friends and fans that have helped support us this year. Hope you have a great week and thank you again.
NAWF '08 was awesome! Thank you so much for having Black Warrior Riverkeeper as a conservation sponsor!
Today's New York Times features Black Warrior Riverkeeper's investigation of Alabama Biodiesel. Black Warrior Riverkeeper is very supportive of companies promoting renewable and sustainable energy, but these companies must be held accountable to pollution guidelines imposed on all other energy industries.
