I'm not the easiest person to approach. At a party, I'd be the one in the corner, swishing my drink around, trying to become one with the wall. I have an extremely low self esteem and I obsess about what others think of me at any given moment. I guess it's partially a lack of faith in humanity, because I know that everyone talks about everyone, so the conclusion would be that people are going to talk badly about me as well. So needless to say that I may have a smidgen of social anxiety...Meh, we all have some quirk. In school, I never really had more than a friend or 2 at a time. Ultimately, I left because I reached my end on feeling like everyone disliked me and was talking badly about me. I'm not sure if I did something to cause people not to like me, or if they even didn't like me...
I don't know why I've written this here. I guess that it is because, while I don't want to bare my soul like this, I feel that some explanation is needed. Maybe someone out there will read this and understand that I wasn't a snob, wasn't a weirdo, wasn't a bitch...I was just scared and lonely, and didn't know how to handle that (and really, still don't). Maybe someone like me will read this and feel empowered by my humiliation and find courage to fight their anxiety the in a way that I have so far been unsuccessful achieving.
Other than that, I'm can be high-strung in high stress situations, but am otherwise pretty easy going. I can be silly and love a good laugh. I'm sarcastic, sometimes cynical, and oddly optimistic. I love the beach, but not during the summer; too many tourists. I love history, archeology, psychology, geology. Writing, photography.
I snicker at childish internet humor (like infamous Chuck Norris jokes) although they're really not that funny.
I love food. I like to try new foods and cook a variety of cuisines at home. We can have southern food one night, and the next have something Chinese or Greek..whatever we're in the mood for.
We've all done things in our life we regret, or even that we're ashamed of. We've all hurt somebody, intentionally or not. Hopefully we have the strength to forgive those that hurt us, and learn to understand if others don't forgive us.

Tiffani, Thanks so much for your condolences about uncle randy. If your parents want to go to the funeral home or funeral the Visitation is tomorrow evening from 6-8pm at Inman Funeral Home in Tabor and the Service will be Saturday at 3pm at Dogwood Baptist Church. Same places we had my Mema's. By the way in case you didn't know yet. If you guys are out in your back yard i can see you guys. We're renting the second house on Vernon Lane (right where the "S" curve sign is), where my parents live. Hey, sorry about today. Olivia fell and cracked her head last night and I had her at the ER. She is okay though I just had to make her stay up awhile last night and keep checking on her while she slept. So anyway sorry I was just tired from my eventful evening.
