NB House Concerts is a series of acoustical music concerts open to the public in a home setting in New Braunfels, TX. Generally concerts will be on Sunday afternoons and end in time for everyone to get home in time to rest up for the week ahead, though occasionally they might be on other nights depending on a performer's schedule. This is the first year for this series with our first performance in April, 2008 with Chip Dolan and Marvin Dykhuis. This show was followed by other great singer-songwriters, such as the bi-coastal group, Big Wide Grin, Chuck Brodsky, Johnsmith, Jack Williams & Ronny Cox and ending on May 1st with Erika Luckett. At each concert there are two 45 minute sets separated by a potluck supper. Come join us for a relaxing Sunday afternoon (5-8pm) and get to hear some great singer-songwriters. Space is limited to about 50 people and reservations are requested, though not required. For more information and other details you can contact me through this page or at nbhouseconcerts@gmail.com. Look forward to seeing you at one of the shows.

Thanks everyone for coming to the show today. Great show, wasn't it? And thanks for the support. Look forward to seeing everyone at Johnsmith's show on March 8th.
Thanks so much for having Danny Schmidt and David Byboth out at your place on Sunday - I really enjoyed hearing them, plus Carrie Elkin definitely added to the wonderful music of the evening! She and Danny blend so well, too. Your house concerts are always so much fun, Elaine - thank you for presenting them. JoLynn P.S. It was very nice meeting your mother - a very sweet and genteel lady.
Oh, Elaine..wasn't Saturday night with Richard Berman & Mike Lindaur just wonderful?! Thank you so much for organizing the buffet for the pot luck - I truly appreciate your help, and thank you for coming - I was really happy to see your smiling face! We had such a beautiful evening - I am still flying! See you soon - JoLynn
P.S. Did you happen to leave a set of three matching ceramic pottery bowls? Do you recall who brought them?
I'm SO excited to have Richard Berman (Amherst, MA) down for a house concert this Saturday, the 20th of September for the 2008-2009 season opener! Mike Lindaur will accompany Richard on bass, plus there will be a brief opening set by San Antonio Singer-Songwriter, Marney DeFoore. It will be a wonderful night of music and fun + a Pot Luck supper, and you know well what a good thing that is..(o:
Tom Prasada-Rao had some wonderful words to describe Richard Berman and his music! Read about it in the invitation on the "Schedule" page on the new website: www. riverroadhouseconcerts. com
So glad you can come, Elaine! Tell all your music loving friends to R.S.V.P. pronto so we can make sure they have a seat! (I'll send a map link to the house with confirmation of R.S.V.P.)
HI E, We're watching the radar carefully. IKE willin' and the creek don't rise Urban Campfires will kick off its 19th season on Saturday night with John Batdorf from CA. To some, a concert in a listening room might be an odd setting for a hurricane party but to others, it just might be perfect. Please tell all your music loving friends in the San Antonio area. Janet, Jayne and Steve
I can't wait for Nov.16th! BIG WIDE GRIN!!!! 3 of my favorite people in the whole wide world. Big harmonies. Big sound. Big presence. Your audience is going to love them in a big way. Hey, can you save me some front row seats? Janet
