NBTNO were formed while founder members Chris Miles (guitar) and Pat Shaw (alto sax) were still studying at Clarendon College Nottingham. The band’s line-up is completed by father and son rhythm section Pete Nightingale (drums) and Mark Nightingale (bass). They play powerful contemporary jazz with a strong melodic slant and have released two albums, ‘When Am I’ in July 2005 and ‘Big Cook’ in March 2006.
