Sounds Like
As a band, we are fully self-sufficient. Ghandi said "these modern machines only atrophy the limbs of man". Read between the lines, eat what you hunger for and not what they are feeding. Spread the word...
Since their inception in 2004, New York City's Near Forever have been outsmarting themselves with an infectious blend of indie rock, progressive, and soulcore. After toiling around the tri-state scene in different bands, and rotating members incestuously, Near Forever solidified as Mike Vignola (guitar), Philip Lherisson (drums) and Randall McFadden (vox), Eric Velasco (bass).
NF have released 2 timeless recordings, 2005's "Few and Far Between" EP. produced by Dug McGuirk (Jennifer Lopez, Stabbing Westward, 2 Skinee J's). "Few and Far Between" became an experiment in promotion. Mailing it to their fan base upon request free of charge, it was a huge success (if you're interested, just ask). And the 2006 EP "on borrowed time" witch was self produced whilst buried in a bunker in astoria queens over a 6 month period. If ever we were proud of something it is this. "This album is the best god damn thing ive ever heard"- charles nelson riley
After warped tour 06 we have been taking a small yet needed respit. We are working on new material and methodicaly trudging daily into our future.
NF have performed all over with the likes of Chiodos, (3), Fall of Troy, Bear vs. Shark, Lorene Drive and Bedlight For Blue Eyes just to name a few. NF would like to thank our sponsor caramel jiffy pop for there generous support.
