My name is April, and I'm glad you came to visit.
A few years ago, I was involved in the porn industry. It was the lowest point in my life, and it is only by the grace of God that I am here today.
God has delivered me from so much, and I invite you to check out my testimony:
Life isn't always easy....sometimes, it just plain sucks. Things happen that we just don't understand, but that's why we have God to guide us through the wreckage. Sometimes life seems to make no sense at all, but God promises us that there is a purpose for it. He doesn't expect us to understand everything -- just to trust in Him. He has promised to never leave us -- NEVER!! I hope and pray that my story encourages you. God has been teaching me so much over the past few years, and I hope to use this MySpace as a place where I can share that. God has brought me through so much, but even so, I still struggle. Life can be painfully hard sometimes, but I know that I serve a faithful God who promised never to leave me...even when I'm without faith, He is faithful. Even when I'm in the lowest pit, He always brings me out again.
God says that He works all things together for good for those who love Him, and with every breath, I praise Him for what He has done, and is doing, in my life. I know He's not through with me yet, and for that, I am grateful, because I still have a lot of maturing to do. I still struggle with so much, and on so many levels, am inadequate. Even so, I'm a far cry from the shell that I was before.

O God, I need to feel that I have forgiveness from You. So often my good intentions do not become what I want them to be, and so often the good I want to do, I don’t do. It is hard to face up to the wrong that is in my life. When I feel Your forgiveness, I feel clean and good inside and so free to be what You want me to be. Help me feel this goodness, and strengthen me to forgive those who have wronged me. I pray in the name of Christ who shows us the way to Your forgiving presence. Amen. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. I John 1:9
A Prayer of Remembrance God the compassionate one, whose loving care extends to all the world:
We remember this day your children of many nations and many faiths whose lives were cut short by the fierce flames of anger and hatred.
Console those who continue to suffer and grieve, and give them comfort and hope as they look to the future. Out of what we have endured give us the grace to examine our relationships with those who perceive us as the enemy, and show our leaders the way to use our power to serve the good of all for the healing of the nations.
This we ask through Jesus Christ our Lord who, in reconciling love, was lifted up from the earth that he might draw all things to himself.
Amen. Prayer for Those in the Armed Services::O God of Mercy, we beg You now to protect in a special way those who are fighting for us and for the country we love. Bless them and take care of them. If they are tired, give them strength. If they are wounded and suffering, give them comfort. If they are lonely, touch them with Your gentle hand and let them know that You are near them.
