The Abortion of Necrovile goes back in 2001 when two students from Cluj-Napoca, Calin and Daniel, decided to form a death metal band.
In 2002 the band recorded a demo, 'Extreme Meal Dismemberment'.
After promoting the songs in some rock clubs in Cluj-Napoca, in 2003 the band released an MCD, called 'Into the Gory Scripts' under the label Mirgilus Siculorum Production.
Since 2003 Necrovile played in shows supporting bands like Suffocation (USA), Vader (Pol), Master (USA), Sepultura (Bra), Dark Funeral (Swe), Gutted (Hun), Formless Terror (MK), Atlantis (Ger), Enthrallment (Bul), Cerebral Turbulency (Cze), Legacy of Hate (Aus), Stillbirth (GER), Septic Flesh (Gre), Devian (Swe), Isacaarum (Cze), Needful Things (Cze), Jack Slater (Ger), Golem (Ger), Inferia (Fin), Radikalis Amputacio (Hun), Korog (Hun), Leprosy Abscess (RO), Bolthard (RO), Kratos (RO), Sincarnate (RO), Cap de Craniu (RO), Dakon (MD), Taine (RO), MG42 (RO), Dies Irae (RO).
During this time there were some line-up changes, Ela replaced the former bass player, Mircea (ex-Rotrave) and in 2006 two new members, Florin and Radu, joined the band.
Currently, Necrovile are working on a full-lenght album, wich hopefully will be out in 2008.
