The band, Neeva, was founded in 1982. The members were Jim Nevius, formerly of Neighbors and Allies, Vanessa Wilkinson, formerly of Our Daughter's Wedding, and C.P. Roth, formerly of Regina Richards and Red Hot. A recent band from Denmark has adopted the name, and we are honored that they have chosen to resurrect the name. But we are not to be confused with that group.

About me: The band, Neeva, from 1982-1985, is not to be confused with the band from Denmark now using the name. We are pleased that they chose to resurrect the name. Neeva 1983 released an album on MSI records and had a video of their song, Blue Star, on MTV. We never made a second record, but look for us to post songs from that record soon.
