About neeva

The simple pop/rock-sound is back, and with catchy melodies and large soundscapes, the Danish band Neeva is about to go on a musical journey to conquer world :-)

The four members of Neeva are all born in Horsens DK, and now live in Aarhus, Denmark. The band was formed in 2004 when Kristian Mortensen, Sten Svendsen and Peter Bjornskov was captured by an incredible voice belonging to the singer in a small town cafe; Kenneth Daugaard.

While songs were written a band was taking shape and in the fall of 2007 - after three years of emotional ups and downs - the band signed a record-contract with the Danish label Noob Factory.

The recordings of their first album took place in Copenhagen between september 07 and march 08, and in march 08 the first single “Cold” was in rotation on Danish radiostations followed by the second single “Star of me”.

Songs with a soul and passion for musical details are the best way to describe the new album “Where to start” which was released in September 2008.
