   About The Nefarious Black Roses
Since releasing their first CD, "Look It Up Yourself", at The Gladstone Hotel in Toronto (March 2006), they have been been busy deflowering themselves in comedy clubs and theatre events. Their songs can be heard on CBC Radio One - 'So, You Think You're Funny' & 'Accent on Toronto', XM Satellite Radio Laugh Attack, Cap'n Dave's Comedy Hour CIUT FM 89.5, CKLN 88.1 Radio Active Feminism. In the summer of 2006 they co-wrote/produced/performed in the Fringe hit The Black Roses Foundaton Tour 2006 (Montreal / Toronto / London) where they won Funniest Show and Producer's Pick and received a Brickenden Award for Best Touring Production (London Fringe). They have also palyed at the "HYSTERIA! Festival" & "CITY OF FREAKS" at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre and have opened for stand-up Glen "That Canadian Guy" Foster @ The River Run (Guelph). They recently received an encouragement grant from The Grand Theatre (London, ON) and are writing a comedic musical based on their act. They were nominated for the Tim Sims Encouragement Grant (produced by CTV/Comedy Network, "Cream of Comedy") which aired on The Comedy Network in late January 2006 and can be watched on the Comedy Network website. In April, they played at The CBC Winnipeg Comedy Festival, London Fringe Festival Fundraiser... check out their upcoming gigs at Buddies in Bad Times and fall gigs....

Girls. Please tell me how I can listen to Anus Face whenever I want to. I heard it once on XM radio, but I can't find it anywhere on this information superhighway... No one believes me that it even exists!

Hey ladies want to do our cabaret on the 15 of February? We host it at The Central Jazz club- right next to Honest Eds on Markham. groovy little venue. If you say yes we will have a show full of red-hot mamas....20/30 minute set and we will cut you some of the door. I tried to send you a message but it wouldn't work maybe you have messages blocked because of all of the creepy perverts sending you messages. We are not creepy. Some times we are perverts.
