6 bands have made it to the finals of the Connecticut Blues Society’s blues band challenge set for tomorrow Saturday Sept 15th. The event starts at 2:00 pm (EST) and doors open at 1:pm. You can check out the band lineup on www.ctblues.org. WHUS will be broadcasting the event live on 91.7 fm and www.whus.org. This takes place at the Hannon-Hatch VFW post at 83 South St,West Hartford,Ct.
Neil Lawrence, I was at Deep Ellum, a new bar owned by former Bukowski's people, and I saw a guy walk in, who, from the side, looked remarkably like you. But then he turned, and it was gone. But I thought to myself anyhow, Neil would like this bar. So you should check it out.
