Nekia Nichelle can be summed up in three words as an “artistic expressive individual”. At the young age of 7, Nekia’s mother exposed her to various forms of expressional art. Whether it was honing her skills on the piano, dancing jazz or ballet, singing, acting, or trying to become a baby Van Gogh, her mother ensured that Nekia was allowed to have an outlet to artistically express herself. That artistic exposure was the beginning of her interest in the entertainment world.

Even though a person’s teenage years can be a trying time, it was within those years that Nekia Nichelle came into her own. She began writing poetry to articulate her innermost thoughts and feelings. She also became highly interested in fashion, music, and visual arts. Although many suggested that she pursue modeling while she was still young, she desired to do more with the entertainment business. Nekia knew that she had a strong passion to pursue a career within entertainment; she was just unsure where she wanted to fit in. After high school, she decided to experiment with the opportunity to model. But within a couple of years, she opted not to follow that avenue. Instead modeling gave her the realization that being behind the camera was her niche. Her first job that she landed was with a small Chicago based talent agency called, Prism Models. It was there that Nekia Nichelle gained hands-on knowledge as a: • Talent Scout • Booking Agent Along with incorporating • Promotions • Marketing • Public Relations After working for Prism Models, she worked for other production companies to gain more useful experience. This gave way to “End-less” opportunities.

Now, Nekia Nichelle’s journey has resurrected after a 2 year hiatus from Chicago. With a new vision and attitude, in 2005 she moved back to Chicago, IL with the determination to regain her awaiting throne in entertainment. Ever since Nekia returned to Chicago, she has been able to work closely with Nikki Woods, a prominent author and radio personality for WGCI (Chicago’s #1 radio station),various other artists and companies. Combining Nekia Nichelle’s drive to conquer every avenue within entertainment and upcoming business endeavors; She knows that this is not “The End” of her journey, but in fact, it’s the Beginning of an “End-Less”journey to her personal success.

People that I can network with! That is most important to me. I am Looking for any: -Photographers -Make-Up Artists -Cinematographers That is interested in doing any T.F.P (Time For Prints, Time for Portfolio, Trade For Prints,..etc. Which generally means that the photographer, make-up artist, model...etc do not make any money on the deal. They both donate their time and services but in return receive more work to add to their portfolio. Please contact me for further details. Also any promoters please contact me too!
