Billy Martinez - publisher, artist, and CEO of Neko Press launched the company into full swing back in 1999. Billy has worked with several publishers and has illustrated for "Heavy Metal Magazine", the "Family Guy" trading cards of Inkworks, and "The Chronicle" a show featured on the Sci-Fi Channel. Billy has worked in the comic biz for over 13 years and also teaches classes at the Neko Press Art Studio in San Diego.
