Sounds Like
Black metal drum n bass gabber with hints of death metal
NekroDrako has been around in some shape or form since 2004, and has it's roots firmly rooted in extreme metal. Although it existed as a hard industrial act in 2004, it slowly turned into an extreme metal act by 2007, and it's here where the project seems to have found a home for itself.
The beats are programmed with harsh, intentionally electronic drum sounds. No attempt is made to make them sound 'real', as this would pretty much defeat the point of electronic drums. The synths have evolved over time to move away from conventional strings and choir sounds otherwise synonymous with keyboard use in metal, towards more analogue sounding pads, basses and leads, more recognized in more industrial genres.
The line up has also altered drastically over time, with players coming and going at various points in the project's history. This is a probable explanation for the project's evolution as far as sound goes, and it's an unapologetic one at that. NekroDrako wouldn't sound the way it does today if it wasn't for the amount of people who have been involved.
NekroDrako isn't even the first ever incarnation of this project. Members have all been involved in other bands, evolving elements that eventually wound up here. It's the culmination of all these influences and styles that has created this rather schizophrenic sound, never quite sure if it wants to be thrash, death, black, or breakbeats. No apology is made for this.
One man HAS always remained constant however, and that is me. The producer, primary songwriter and the vocalist. You can blame me for everything you hear, for better or for worse, and you can tag anyone who helps me as an accomplice.

Once again, after the completion of NekroDrako's latest CD, I am the last man standing. And I'll be around to say this after the release of the Next CD.
