| | Books | I like a wide range of books. I'm not a nerd, i have a thousand other interests but i think its a little sad when most people fill this box with "haven't read since school" or "dont have time to read".........you're missing out on a lot, imagine if people put that music didn't interest them or that they'd never seen a movie?
My favourites at the mo are Fatherland and Pompeii by Robert Harris, Crystal Cave by Mary Stewart and i've always liked C.S Lewis (though jury's still out on books that are made into boxoffice hits)..also liking vikram seth's epic poetry.
Lonely planet's guide to experimental travel rules as well, but thats more for the travelling.
Just finished Veronika decides to die by Paulo Coelho......really nicely thought out, i like books/music/movies that make me think....not that books have to be intellectual to be enjoyable, always liked cheesy suspense from D. Koontz.
My time is currently filled with myths and fairytales as that's what my dissertation is all about.

Pretty damn fond and proud of my wikisam to.......
And Charlie's ability to stuff his face with ten times his body weight has to earn him some kind of respect.

Think I've covered most of the things i can be arsed to put in but boys and girls try and remember you can't be defined by a list. Little everyday, insignificant things interest me, my passions and beliefs drive me and the people around me inspire me.......all those little momments and feelings can't be crammed into little boxes and frankly if you don't know me you probably wouldn't understand half of it anyway. It's not just ogres who are like onions you know... :P

Who I'd like to meet:
Moving to Brussels, Belgium in August so any English speaking, music loving wannabe tour guides who can be patient while I attempt to learn French and Flemish would be great!
I like creative people, people with substance, something to offer. That may make me sound like a snobby bitch but i think to many people seem to suppress who they really are on here because they are afraid of being rejected. Maybe they think if they don't fit in its easier to cope with ridicule and rejection if you're not showing the real you anyway.....at least that's what i hope it is, i like to think that people are generally good, intelligent people rather than the shallow exteriors that many seem to present themselves as.
Who i wouldn't:
Bands who aren't local and who I've never heard of...really if you're any good I'll find you, not the other way round! It's support your local music scene.....not randoms from London/usa....and not a load of generic crap that I've heard a million times before!
Myspace whores, people who send bullitens out everyday asking for comments, people i have nothing in common with, emo boys that kiss....actually just attention whores in general. (so that's probably most of myspace offended oh well...not like people actually read these things anyway.)
