Who am I? I am a boy with a guitar in his hands who has got something to say. I am at home on stage, with one mic, my guitar (Josie) and an audience with eager ears. I really am happy when I'm performing and I hope to touch every person I come in contact with, one melody at a time. Before I continue my babble, let me give you all a quick history about me
I was born and bred in Nigeria and moved to the states at a ripe old age of 16 (more ripe than old). I've detailed my life to parallel the american dream and I can now say I have a profession, nice house but still lacking the wife, 2 kids, golden retriever and the all important WHITE PICKETT FENCE!
I got the music bug when my current bass player, classmate and friend Cynthia Simmons urged me into trying some of my originals at local open mics. At that time, it was more of a stress relief from the rigors I went through in grad school and life in general. That bug has consequently spread into several shows, several band members, ups, downs, and my first EP "Live Love n Laugh"
My Journey so far is very complex, and it could take me several pages to get my story across to you, but I've found a better way. I'll craft them into melody and dress it up with some lyrics n rhymes. This way, while I'm on stage having a conversation with Josie (my guitar), you can by all means
eavesdrop and draw your own conclusion about this boy with a guitar. I've got a story to tell...I've got a lot to learn!
I've been pretty good, thanks for asking. We've gotten a couple of gigs around the city so things are progressing. My first album is also in the works so that's been keeping me busy. How are things with u?

man! i'm so sry I didnt make it to your show on Saturday. I was on Fleet St. just a few blocks away but it was way too late and by the time I arrived I would have had to leave.
