Currently on tour with Michael Bolton, his 20 years as a professional bassist has allowed him to work with Rachelle Ferrell, Chris Botti, Richard Marx, Phoebe Snow, Boz Skaggs, Goapele, Jaguar Wright, Jeff Lorber, Ledisi, Lina, Ruth, Martin Luther, Steve Miller, Frank McComb, Lyrics Born, Jean Carne, Norman Conners, Andy Narrell, Barry Williams of the Brady Bunch, the Rome Symphony, and breakout newcomer, Marc Thomas to name a few. He’s done this while at the same time releasing 1 chart-topping CD’s with his own group, The Braxton Brothers.

Nelson operates his own audio production suite at Moulton Media in San Francisco, where he works as an independent recording engineer and music producer.
