Musician/Composer Nelson Foltz has worked with such artists as Steely Dan, Barry White, Aretha Franklin, Dave Liebman, Josh Ritter, Deborah Gibson, Tony Williams, MaryAnne Marino, Roberta Flack, Juliette Commagere, Joachim Cooder and the Maria Schneider Orchestra. His credits include music for film, television and radio as well as performing in the orchestra for numerous broadway shows including The Lion King, Hairspray and Fosse. Nelson's first solo recording "The Longing Hours" was released in 2002 to critical acclaim.
In collaboration with Berlin based sound artist Tom Lynn, Foltz recently completed work on the fifth installment in a series of recordings entitled "still life". The body of work resulting from this ongoing project has been described as "otherworldly", "stunningly beautiful" and yielded comparisons to the legendary collaborations of Gil Evans-Miles Davis and Brian Eno-Jon Hassell. By crafting a unique approach to instrumental composition and opting to use exclusively acoustic sources, Foltz and Lynn extend the lineage of fourth world/ambient music.

hahhaa yeah...in addition to the friend request precautions I make sure any scandalous pictures of me are under a friends-only viewable album. so even if I have one of the pics as my default, they can't view it any larger, haha.
hell no! I have it set to where people have to know my last name or email in order to send a friend request. I used to hate it when random people would try to add me. I do, however, get quite a few inane random messages which I subsequently ignore.
I am relieved that you were not in Pittsburgh all that time! That would have been too much! lol!
You..re f____ing killing me with your funny comments!! Tryed to come up with a smart respond, but invain! (Not even after a week...). You..re the master, I salute you! K.
