Nem-Q is a progressive rock/metal band from Nederweert (The Netherlands). The band was founded in August 2004 by Paul Sieben (vocals/guitar) and Mark Reijven (guitar). A few months later Henri van Zelst (bass)was added to the group. Right from the start the band worked on own material, inspired by bands like: Tool, A Perfect Circle, Pain of Salvation and Dream Theater.
After six months of hard work, Paul van Limbeek (drums) joined the band. After the joining of Paul van Limbeek the band could really work on creating a big diversity in their own sound, using rock/metal, jazz/fusion rhythms and pop-rock influences. To discover new boundaries and searching for new possibilities, Nem-Q even added a keyboardplayer (Dennis Renders). The band just finished their first album "Opportunities of tomorrow".
