General
Listening to music is very important to me. Heavy Metal is my favorite genre, but I am pretty flexible, Classic Rock, Blues, and basically anything 70's !Music
Bands such as: In Flames, Sentenced, Vader, At The Gates, Candlemass, Communic, Place of Skulls, and Trouble. Classic Rock bands: Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, KISS, Jethro Tull, Ted Nugent, and The Beatles. As you can see, I'm all over the map.Movies
Comedies such as Blazing Saddles, Airplane!, American Pie, Slap Shot, and Young Frankenstein. Others include movies like the Lord of the Rings trilogy, the Star Wars movies, and movies known as "good ole bad movies".Television
Usually my TV viewing involves Sports, Documentaries (History Channel, Discovery, TLC, etc.), and movies, but I will also find the Family Guy when I can. When bored, I will also seek out one of those trainwrecks known as "reality shows".Books
Strictly Non-Fiction. I have no patience for fiction or fantasy. I like reading about history and anything dealing with facts and or theories about real people, time, or events. I like to learn new things.Heroes
Not alot of heroes for me other than sports figures from the past. Roger Maris, Nolan Ryan, Lou Gehrig, and Walter Johnson. Indivduals who were tough, talented, knew how to get where they wanted to be, and yet were good souls, staying humble and not forgetting where they came from.
