TelevisionI tend to watch more than I would like but there are only a few shows I really try not to miss. Bones, Family Guy, American Dad, Attack of the Show (X-play and Filter are pretty good too), I miss Oblongs...
BooksTanith Lee, Sherri S. Tepper, Piers Anthony, Patrick F. McManus, Anne Rice (Sad, I know), Nickolaus Pacione, Douglas Adams, Carolyn G. Hart, Hans Holzer, Emily Dickenson, Jennifer Roberson... the list goes on. I'll probably add more as I think of them
The Four Agreements
1.Be Impeccable With Your Word
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.

2. Don’t Take Anything Personally
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.

3. Don’t Make Assumptions
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

4. Always Do Your Best
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret.

Irina Tweedie is admirable in so many ways. The first Western woman to be trained by a Sufi master. She held on stubbornly through such terrible and hard times to discover the truth.

Gallagher! While most people seem to remember him for smashing anything that will soak an audience he stands for more than that to me. I grew up watching his videos, hearing him say 'Think about the world around you! Be creative! THINK CREATIVELY!' and it made a very deep impact on me. I see the world in a different light from most people and find amusement in the strangest places. ^_^

About me:

I do not add people I have not spoken with to my friends list

- I am not here as friend fodder to fill out your list. My self worth is not determined by the size of my friend or comment list. People I add are people I actually talk to.

Bright Black (Struthio Felidae) - An unusual creature that has a marked tendancy toward daydreams and gibberish. A silly creature known to make badly phrased but well-meaning comments - NEVER TAKE TOO SERIOUSLY.

What is there to life but fleeting moments that fade away slowly taking with them the chance to do what you want done... Regrets are foolish thoughts that ruin the one chance you have to be happy right now so why bother?

What... you still reading? Hmm... suppose I should say something more worthwhile, then? Or perhaps less worthwhile... I have nothing important to say, just random musings and thoughts of the moment. My mental priorities are somewhat backwards which tends to confuse or anger most people since the conversations never seem to go in quite the right direction if it is on a subject deeper than the weather. I have strong opinions that I'm not afraid to change if new evidence comes to light to prove that my previous way of thinking was not as right as I thought. I may be stubborn but I'm not completely stupid.

I like video games but I'm not good at them, mostly I watch other people play. I do love to play Animal Crossing, We Love Katamari and Katamari Damacy, though. That's my zen... ^_^
I love horror games. Fatal Frame, Silent Hill, etc.

The only other thing often on my mind is spirituality in general. I've read about any kind of religion or spiritual path I could get my hands on and dabbled in various kinds of magick over the years but I have finally found my personal path. That has not reduced my facination for everything else. More than anything I love hearing about other people's experiences with the supernatural... you know, all that stuff that most people won't believe? I've seen enough to know that there is nothing really impossible in this world.

I'd love to know what makes you tick. Not only that, but what makes you go cuckoo every half-hour.

I edited my profile with Thomas’ Myspace Editor V3.6! (mostly just cause I'm really lazy ^_^)
Who I'd like to meet:
I am both facinated and repulsed by humans. A condition I am sure most understand if not agree with. I love to just listen to people talk about their experiences... which is good seeing as most people like to talk about themselves.

Above all I love talking to people about paranormal/supernatural experiences. From personal experience I know that a VERY large number of things said to not exist DO exist (Even if not exactly as legend has it). Witches, ghosts, vampires, werewolves, fairies, demons, spirits, elementals, God... Either I am a severe paranoid schizophrenic with serious psychosis problems that looks, acts and functions normally or there is more to life than they teach in school. I also have trouble staying on topic sometimes...

I am not here to make myself seem popular - my friends list contains just that. Friends. I won't join just any group or add just any person because they feel that a number defines who they are in the eyes of others.

Apparently Jimmy cracked corn due to a severe case of O.C.D not discovered until it was all he had left to do. He spent about five days simpling cracking corn before his friends found him, hands bloodied from overuse, and tear stained lines down the side of his face. Now, thanks to therapy and several years of hospitalization, Jimmy is a normal healthy addition to society once again. Pass the butter please.

So I was thinking to myself, as sasquatch may do on a rainy day, why must the rain be water? Why must it fall downward? Can't it spiral downward? or fall upwards? sideways? insideways? invertedways? I know the great elephant knows the answer, but the old tale about them never forgetting is a bunch of malarky... he did forget, he also forgot to watch where he was going. The poor mouse, I knew that mouse... long ago, in a cage far far away. Back in the day, when the placidity of cold dismay was caught between tomorrow and yesterday, and the cool, soft glimmer of the morning pool was not the collected tears and last night's dew. Woe has tears, too... you know, it weeps for smiling faces, and it weeps for laughter. What is a smile worth without the lesson of tears? What is laughter worth without the lesson of folly? We all make mistakes, unlike the elephants, we remember them. Woe may forget, but those tears collect and one day (somewhere else) dismay may become someone else. Ah, the clandestine bridge from mistakes to wisdom... ever shrouded it remains. The cyclopean chaos; the vast random, may it always remain the same as we dare venture to discover it, and ourselves, and the meaning of forgetful elephants.
