    N.E.O.S.C. was founded back in 1992, or so, to provide an opportunity for experienced and aspiring song writers to share their work.

    We hold songwriter circles on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 7 to 10. This was changed for the December 2007 meeting.

    We have equal opportunity ears. If you write blues, children's, country, folk, gospel, international/ethnic, pop, rap, rock - even if you write poetry and have not set it to music yet - feel free to join us! We haven't had a symphony yet - but hey - bring it on - we'll tell you if it rhymes!

    If you play an instrument, bring it and sing live - it is wonderful experience to sing in front of a live audience that is really listening! If you prefer, bring a standard cassette tape or CD. Please bring a CD/tape player. Just know that everyone is welcome!
