Nerve Impulse started in the summer of '98, when Dave Wisham and his brother Derek started playing together after buying a guitar and drum set. In the winter of 2000 Dave and Derek, along with former bassist Tom Johnson, went into Higgin's Family Studio to record their debut album. Afterwards they took the tracks to Makoche studio where they were mastered. The album, "Do You Have the Nerve?" came out in the spring of ‘01.
At this time the band started playing shows (local concerts) at different venues such as: The Landing, The Burndt Creek Club, The Light Club, AmVets Club, DJ's Pizza and Bar, The Starlight, and also The Silver Dollar...each place wanted them back.
In winter of 2002 Nerve Impulse came across Steven Walker had played drums for a short time in The Cockney Monotones, but didn't fit in with the band (guitar was his real forte). Then in the winter of '03 a chance meeting with the Wisham brothers brought together what was and is Nerve Impulse. Steven came to one of the brother's band practices and after a week of constant practice, the brothers asked Steven to join the band on lead guitar. Steven agreed.
Nerve Impulse is the band that will rock your socks off! Playing great rock that rivals any high profile band. With influences from bands like: Nirvana, lostprophets, Nickelback, Green Day, Seether, Crossfade, Blink-182, Papa Roach, and Silverchair among others.

I have a couple friends that are coming to bis the last 2 weeks of July and they were hoping to see you guys,I guess another person from center was telling them about you guys so she asked if I had ever heard of you,I will have to let her know, in case she can stay a couple extra days.
