Fed-up with the entire trend flooding the scene, NERVOCHAOS was born on the spring of 96, with the idea of creating an aggressive and chaotic music shredding the barriers of Death Metal and Hard Core.
NERVOCHAOS gained cult status in the extreme music scene due to their hard work over the past years, offering a sonic extravaganza in their unique way. Their demo-tapes have become collector’s items in the underground, supporting their regular releases.
Their first, four track demo-tape, “Nervo Chaos” was released in late 96. “Pay Back Time” is the band’s debut full length CD and it was released, by Tumba Records, in early 98.
“Disfigured Christ” is the band’s 2nd four track demo-tape and came out in early 2000, by Tumba Records. NERVOCHAOS released in 2002, via Destroyer Records, their 2nd full length CD “Legion of Spirits Infernal”.
The 3rd four track demo-tape “Necro Satanic Cult” was released once again by Tumba Records, in 2004. “Quarrel in Hell” is their 3rd album released in Brazil by Tumba Records and in the USA by Ibex Moon Records.
The band manages to deliver the most brutal and yet sophisticated output of their career. The furious Brazilian metallers combine the best elements of all extreme music schools, mixing sheer brutality, amazing technical skills, speed with thrashing vibes and the feeling for their needed virtuosity. Their new album features special guest appearance by Alex Camargo (KRISIUN) on “Horde of Demons”, John McEntee (INCANTATION) on “Cursed Soul”, Emperor Magnus Caligula (DARK FUNERAL) on “Televangelism”, Sanguine & Wrath (AVERSE SEFIRA) on “Evocations” and Mark ‘Barney’ Greenway (NAPALM DEATH) on “Nailed to the Bed of Worms”.
The band is not afraid of performing live or touring, sharing stage with acts such as CANNIBAL CORPSE, KRISIUN, NAPALM DEATH, KREATOR, BIOHAZARD, DISMEMBER, AGNOSTIC FRONT, MAYHEM, DISGORGE, DRI, MONSTROSITY, VULCANO, DEEDS OF FLESH, PANDEMIA, TOTAL FUCKIN DESTRUCTION, BELPHEGOR, ICONOCLASM, POSSESSED, SADISTIC INTENT, ASESINO, DIVINE HERESY and many more to list.
NERVOCHAOS did 60 shows on their last tour "Age of Quarrel" during the year of 2008, hitting Europe and South America. Now the band is working on their newest release for 2009.

Formado em Setembro de 1996, o NERVOCHAOS nasceu com a idéia de fazer um som nervoso e agressivo, sem se prender a rótulos pré-estipulados. O grupo começou a colocar a idéia em prática dando início a exaustivos ensaios. Um mês depois é lançada a primeira demo-tape, contendo 4 faixas, auto-intitulada “NervoChaos”. A banda então dá início a sua 1ª turnê (“Nervo Tour”), percorrendo os quatro cantos do Brasil durante os anos de 1997, até meados de 1998. Durante a turnê, o NERVOCHAOS divide o palco com grandes bandas internacionais como DRI, BIOHAZARD, NAPALM DEATH, KREATOR, AGNOSTIC FRONT, além das diversas bandas nacionais de renome tais como KRISIUN, KORZUS, DORSAL ATLÂNTICA entre outras.
Partindo para o primeiro disco, a banda entra no Mr Som estúdios e grava o debute com a produção de Heros Trench (KORZUS). “Pay Back Time” viu a luz do dia pela Tumba Records em dezembro 1998 e foi um verdadeiro presente para os fãs da cena metálica. A mistura feroz do grindcore inspirado em NAPALM DEATH e o Thrash Metal ‘anos 80’ quebraram todos os preconceitos de como uma banda de METAL deve soar. Assim que o disco foi lançado, caem na estrada para realizar a sua 2ª turnê, a “Pay Back Tour”, que se estende até o final do ano de 1999. Atingindo mais cidades brasileiras, do que na turnê anterior; e chegando inclusive a tocar fora do Brasil, na Bolívia.
Uma legião de fãs começa a acompanhar o grupo que sempre manteve fortes laços com a cena underground. Durante esta turnê, o NERVOCHAOS, mais uma vez, divide palco com nomes de expressão no cenário mundial, tais como DISGORGE, DEEDS OF FLESH, VULCANO e outras mais. O debute álbum “Pay Back Time” rendeu títulos como o de melhor álbum do ano pela crítica especializada, uma das melhores capas e umas das bandas favoritas do público.
O próximo passo, no início de 2000, é o lançamento da segunda demo-tape “Disfigured Christ”. Novamente, assim que a demo-tape é lançada, a banda dá início a 3ª turnê brasileira a “Disfigured Tour” que começa em meados de 2000 e se estende até o final do ano de 2001. O novo trabalho mostra uma banda mais madura com uma sonoridade mais agressiva e ainda mais brutal. A temática da banda retrata desde a dura realidade do dia-a-dia até temas mais obscuros. Durante esta terceira turnê, o NERVOCHAOS divide o palco com bandas como SIEGRID INGRID, REBAELLIUN, FUNERATUS, DE MENOS CRIME e muitas mais.
O ano 2002 marca uma nova etapa na história da banda. O NERVOCHAOS assina com a Destroyer Records para o lançamento de seu 2º álbum “Legion of Spirits Infernal”. O CD foi gravado, mixado e masterizado no Da Tribo estúdio por Tchelo Martins. São 14 faixas de um Death Metal direto, tradicional e agressivo; com letras ácidas e repletas de blasfêmias. Assim que o trabalho é lançado, a banda dá início a sua 4ª turnê brasileira, a “Infernal Legion Tour”. Apesar do pouco trabalho de divulgação e promoção da nova gravadora, o disco é extremamente bem recebido pela crítica e público, elevando a banda ao patamar de uma das principais bandas da cena metálica, no underground nacional.
O NERVOCHAOS sempre manteve fortes laços com a cena underground, nunca deixando de ser fiel as suas raízes e sem se deixar levar pelos modismos que assolam a cena. Desta vez, durante a 4ª turnê a banda divide o palco com artistas como MONSTROSITY, TORTURE SQUAD, PANDEMIA, TFD, OCULTAN, dentre outras mais.
“Necro Satanic Cult” é o nome da nova demo-tape da banda. Descontentes com o trabalho da Destroyer Records, a banda opta por voltar ao seu antigo selo, a Tumba Records. A 3ª demo-tape traz 4 faixas que mostram uma banda com um som ainda mais trabalhado, chegando próximo de atingir uma sonoridade própria, sem medo de inovar, mas ao mesmo tempo sem deixar de transitar livremente entre o Death Metal, Thrash Metal, Grindcore e até o Black Metal. A temática deste trabalho é mais focada no Splatter Gore com um feeling satânico. Apesar desta demo-tape ter sido lançada apenas no início de 2004, o NERVOCHAOS dá início, em meados 2003, a sua 5ª turnê “Necro Satanic Tour”, que se estende até o ano seguinte, tocando ao lado de bandas como CANNIBAL CORPSE, DISMEMBER, ICONOCLASM e outras mais.
Com 8 anos de estrada, diversas apresentações ao vivo; 2 álbuns e 3 demo-tapes lançadas, o NERVOCHAOS entra em estúdio, entre 2004/2005, para a gravação do seu terceiro trabalho. “Quarrel in Hell” foi gravado e mixado no 624 estúdios por Luiz Guilherme Bonatto. Masterizado por Ciero e Trek no Da Tribo estúdios. O 3º álbum contém 10 novas faixas com participações especiais de John Mcentee (INCANTATION), Alex Camargo (KRISIUN), Mark “Barney” Greenway (NAPALM DEATH), Sanguine & Wrath (AVERSE SEFIRA) e Emperor Magnus Calígula (DARK FUNERAL).
Devido a mais uma mudança de formação, o álbum teve o seu lançamento adiado para Julho de 2006. O NERVOCHAOS regravou com um novo vocalista e um novo guitarrista, o CD. O álbum também foi re-mixado e re-masterizado, no MD-7 estúdios, por Guilherme Bonatto e Eduardo Lane. A masterização ficou novamente a cargo do DA TRIBO estúdios, nas mãos de Ciero e Trek.
No final de 2006 a banda dá início a sua 6ª turnê, a “Age of Quarrel Tour” que se estende durante o ano de 2007. A banda assina com a IBEX MOON Records o lançamento deste 3º CD nos Estados Unidos e Canadá. O álbum foi lançado em Junho de 2007, com nova arte gráfica, fotos e faixa multimídia de bônus.
Em 2008, a banda parte para a sua 1ª turnê européia “Quarrel Over Europe”, fazendo 24 shows em 25 dias por 10 países. Assim que retornam ao Brasil, dão seqüência a sua mais nova turnê brasileira, “Quarrel Over Brazil” e atingem também alguns paises da América do Sul. Essa turnê rendeu um total de 60 shows. Durante essa turnê a banda divide o palco com bandas como POSSESSED, SADISTIC INTENT, ASESINO, DIVINE HERESY, MAYHEM dentre muitas outras mais.
Começam agora os preparativos para a gravação do novo CD da banda.

The ALIVE CD was professionally recorded in São Paulo and mixed and mastered in a great studio.
