Nervosa, currently laying down vocals for their debut album 'Paranoid Soul' due for release later this year, have spent the last 12 months supporting bands such as 'Sons and Daughters', 'The Victorian English Gentlemans Club' and the legendary Jimbob from Carter USM with their set being described in the press as “an assured set of hypnotically rich and textural songs reminiscent of Radiohead and Arcade Fire”.

Nervosa performed at the Cornish heat of the Red Stripe Music Awards 2008, the line up described by the West Briton as “the best of Cornish music”, and to top off their first year, found their demo version of 'Funky Moped' had beaten tracks by The Chemical Brothers and NIN to be awarded the "Best Industrial/Beat Rock Song of 2007" on the IAC Music Site.
