Founded in 2002 by Frédéric Vermette (bass), Dominic Lessard (vocal), Jonathan Hains (guitar), Simon Boudreault (drums) and Hugo Dufour (electronics) the Canadian band Neurophonic first intended to create a hybrid of electronic and metal music. Their first auto-produced mini album was released during the year 2005 and earned them the title of international band of the month by the American webzine Decoy Music. In 2006, Hugo left the band and was replaced by Olivier Neron-Bilodeau. Since then Neurophonic has evolved in the music world, playing multiple gigs, undertaking artistic research, redefining and fine tuning their style. In January 2009, they hit the studio with rising producer Luc Tellier from Montreal to record the Ep “Here and Now”. The 7 song album merges powerful guitar riffs with pop alternative vocals and innovative keyboards. Neurophonic is now in a period of pre production to shoot a video during the fall of 2009 with cineaste Charles-Etienne Pascal.

En janvier 2009, Neurophonic est entré en studio à Montréal avec le réalisateur Luc Tellier pour enregistrer l’album « Here and Now » qui comporte 7 chansons dans lesquelles les guitares lourdes fusionnent avec des mélodies vocales accrocheuses et des claviers innovateurs. Neurophonic est présentement en période de pré production pour l’enregistrement d’un vidéoclip pendant l’automne 2009. Celui-ci sera produit et réalisé par le cinéaste Charles-Étienne Pascal.

HEY!! Haven't talked in a while, been busy! I started a new job & haven't been on here much lol. Last time I talked to my friend Pam ( bar owner) she said she wasn't sure what she was doing... they shut her original bar down & crazy enough she just moved up the street!
