In 2002, a new praise team was formed at First Baptist
Church of Palm Coast called Light Shine. In January 2003, under the direction
of worship leader, Rev. Jerry Rowell, a ladies quartet formed out of Light
Shine.
.. ..
That group, called Ladies of Light, included Allison Walker,
Christina Hulet, Kathleen Robinson, and Janet Rowell.
One year later, the Rowells moved to Jacksonville,
and Linda Wolfson joined the group. The new group, changing their name to
NEVAEH, expanded their ministry throughout Florida, sharing God’s love and
saving grace through Jesus Christ. ....
.. ..
Christina, Allison, Linda and Kathleen each accepted Jesus
Christ as their personal Lord and Savior at an early age. Each grew up singing
in church and were influenced by various styles of
music. They, being led in different directions as young adults, later found themselves uniquely brought to Palm Coast by the Holy
Spirit. Each with specific gifts, God has brought us together for one purpose:
to praise, glorify, and honor their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.....
.. ..
Having a heart for ministry, the ladies of NEVAEH serve in
various roles of responsibility in their local church. And with that same heart
for ministry, they are committed to sharing the promise of God’s love through
the gospel of Jesus Christ.....
.. ..
We provide a variety of worship styles including
Contemporary, Traditional & Southern Gospel.....
.. ..
We believe that Jesus is the living Son of God, that He was crucified, was buried, and rose on the
third day for the salvation of man.....
.. ..
This group will do nothing that hinders the Word of God
because we believe that the Bible is in-errant, and is given for the redemption
of man.
