MySpace a place for friends

Early in 2008, five guys from a small town in Michigan decided to start a Rubik's Cube Factory. On the day the little colored squares were scheduled to arrive, the delivery truck dropped off music equipment instead. These guys were pretty laid back so they just began writing songs. The songs were about their beliefs, thoughts, ideas, things, hopes, dreams, aspirations, stuff, and feelings. Nothing more than feelings. They were made up of verses,choruses,bridges, and an occasional musical interlude.

Then came the grueling task of choosing a name. They became 'The Originals' but they had to change the name because there was another group in the east called 'The Originals'. They renamed themselves 'The New Originals'. Then, the other band changed their name to 'The Regulars'. The guys thought,"Well,we could go back to 'The Originals'......but what's the point?" They became nevercast at that point.

It is Difficult to pigeon-hole Nevercast into a certain genre of music. Picture a band that sounds like a mix between Led Zeppelin,The Beatles, and old-school Metallica. Now picture a second band that sounds like Carrot Top,Double Dragon,pink lemonade, and Animal from the Muppet's. Now picture a cover band of the second band mentioned. Now picture a rival cover band of the first cover band who isn't quite as talented and refers to themselves as only a tribute band. Nevercast is that tribute band.
