"Never Enough: Sex, Money, and Parking Garages in San Francisco"is a dramatic farce that looks at how an affluent couple attempts to acheive happiness through their pursuit of the 'American Dream.' PJ (Stan Rutledge), a philandering, successful parking garage contractor comes from money and is loved by his beautiful second wife, Sylvia (Barbara Niven). While Sylvia may have come from a simpler life on a farm, her goals are: a big house, fast cars, beautiful clothes, and high society friends, which she achieves being married to PJ. The two share similar values in life believing that ‘a large income is the best recipe for happiness.’
Their beliefs about happiness are put to the test after PJ wins a lucrative construction contract with the city of San Francisco, (with a little of Sylvia’s scheming help), and issues of jealousy and betrayal arise for both of them.
