NewBorn is the brainchild of four talented musicians, whom have all established themselves as widely respected figures in the Melbourne music scene.
Comprised of brothers Aaron and Sean Whitehead (formerly of THE PARADIGM SHIFT), Adam Chojnacki (ex HEAD FILLED ATTRACTION) and Luke Murphy (the voice of TINMAN), NewBorn all share a passion for showcasing each members vast array of influences to create heavy rock music that is both modern and unique.
This passion was unleashed in March of 2008, where the band showcased their powerful, unrelenting heavy grooves to the Melbourne punters.
As Momentum builds with each show, NewBorn are fast becoming a force of consistency on the live circuit, performing their songs with a level of precision that is instantly recognizable.
The tracks up on our page you are now listening to, are just a taste of what you can expect from the bands debut EP, which was launched on Saturday July 25, 2009 @ The Espy (Gershwin Room).
It combines elements of Rock and Metal effortlessly, while maintaining a melodic tension that builds from beginning to end, creating a musical soundscape that is as epic as it is infectious.
The Debut EP will be available on iTunes shortly, and is also available at our shows.
