Heavy handed bluegrass strum with an old traditional country storytelling style of lyrics.
Jens is a bluegrass hybrid. Now with national distribution through HMV Jens is able to spread his own style of music across the country as well as on the internet:

At the above link, you can order Jens' first two albums Making Time and Time To Go online, shipped directly to you!
Now in the studio working on his third and final album "Time Alone," Jens looks to finish off the Time Trilogy he began in December 2006 before the end of this year.
The aim of the trilogy is to show the stylistic progression of an artist over a certain period of time. Jens looks to refine the music that he loves without losing the edge, the energy, the intensity or the excitement that he is known for on stage. This album will deliver everything that Jens has been working on and learned over the past three years.
The goal of this project is to take yet another strong step forward, not only in the industry but with respect to his songwriting and the musicianship. You can expect a great album to be released this year with a few surprises in store.

Please submit your artist news and events to CountryHome Forum to help your artists to get well known better in Europe. I know that many artists from North America don't have their music videos uploaded to German video websites. The most popular websites are MyVideo.de and ClipFish.de. That means your European audience does not have the chance to find them.
I understand that most of you don't speak German and are not able to upload videos because of the language barrier. If you would like me to upload your videos to the German video websites, please let me know.
Thanks

hey Newgrass, thanks for being friends. Your music sounds really great, awesome voice and nice melodies. Hope you enjoy my music, too... best wishes, JaNina http://www. janina-d. de">..
Hey Jens! I've just been listening to youtuff- its great. Are you playing banjo?? Its awesome. When did you learn banjo? I have been working on my bass skills - I bought one in February. Pretty exciting. There's a really cool jazz bassist I am friends with who has been giving me some lessons in return for tuba duets! Are you coming over to PEI any time this summer? Do you have a new album, or are you working on one? Hope things are going well with you. Genevieve
