What's going on people? We are Jason and Kelly Tate a.k.a. Unusual Minds. A production duo based out of Detroit, Michigan. Currently we're building a company by the name of Unusual Minds LLC; specializing in Music, Art, & Fashion. We've been working on Music & Art for 6 years.

UNUSUAL MINDS NON-EXCLUSIVE/EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS CONTRACT/AGREEMENT TERMS
Non-Exclusive Rights
May only be used on ONE commercial recording and non-profit releases such as FREE demos & mixtapes(producer must be credited: I.E. Unusual Minds for Unusual Minds LLC). You will receive the mp3 untagged(free of soundmarks) The song can be delivered digitally(by email) & by mail on cd. There will be a contract mailed to you granting you Non-exclusive rights to the beat. Non-exclusive lease will be granted to several parties until Exclusive rights have been purchased; In which case the track will be removed from market. Only previous lease holders may renew.
Exclusive rights - Prices vary(See Service inquires )
Unlimited Commercial recordings are granted when you purchase Exclusive rights(producer must be credited: I.E. Unusual Minds for Unusual Minds LLC). You may alter/mix the beat in any way,shape, or form(except reselling the beat). You will receive an Mp3 untagged(free of soundmarks) delivered digitally through email. You will also receive a Unusual Minds Data Cd with the beat track out in wav format & .wav file master through mail. There will be a contract mailed to you granting you Exclusive rights to the beat.
