About Newmatica (Debut EP out Now!)

Hi all! Thanks for visiting the Newmatica myspace! We are a new band that started behind the mind of Jason Jones. We recently finished our record and are releasing the first half of it as an EP that can now be purchased and shipped to you online at Mass Street Music! Posted here are some of the songs from that debut EP...hope you enjoy!

Thoughts About Our Music...

On the whole, the thing that is most apparent about this EP is the irrefutable fact that Mr. Jones knows his music. This is a very mature sounding band comprised of two talented, but equally ambitious young men.

The Trap (Battle for Black Lodge ’09)	Apr 22 2009 1:46 PM Battle for Black Lodge '09 Once again we are offering a chance to win a $500 - 10 hr recording session from Black Lodge Studios in Eudora. We are exploring some different criteria as we do every year but basically you just gotta rock out and get as many people there as you can to win the Grand Prize. Battle for Black Lodge begins on Fri June 5th Dates available Fri 6/5 Sat 6/6 Sat 6/20 Fri 6/26 July Fri 7/10 Sat 7/11 Fri 7/17 Sat 7/18 Fri 7/24 Sat 7/25 and so on for final rounds The First Round dates will include 1-2 locals, and 1-2 area bands as scheduling is available.
