We're here to help. •Find a Home for a Pet or Stray – If you need to find a home for your pet or a stray, we will be happy to work with you to help you find a good home. •Low-Cost Spay & Neuter Certificates – We have a low-cost spay and neuter program for dogs and cats. FInd out how it works and how much it costs. •Participating Veterinarians – Our low-cost spay and neuter certificates can be used at any of these veterinarians in the Greater Birmingham, Alabama and surrounding areas. •Borrow a Trap – If you have an animal that you need to catch in a humane trap, we have a limited number available for loan

    WHAT IS PASS 4 PAWS? On Sunday August 9, 2009 at 1PM @Dave’s Pub we will holding the PASS 4 PAWS event for the Alabama Animal Adoption Society. We would love to have your support for this wonderful shelter. This event is brought forth by Dave’s Pub and Orbit Salon. The AAAS runs off local support and could really use the publicity. It is located in Homewood, AL. Pass 4 Paws will benefit the Alabama Animal Adoption Society (A NO KILL SHELTER). At the Pass 4 Paws event, not only will we have Fantasy Football sign-ups; we will also have a Tailgating Cook-off and Raffle prizes. Prizes include (so far) gift certificates to Bottletree, Lucy’s Coffee and Tea, Dave’s Pub, Orbit Salon, At Home Homewood, Polly Brothers Arbonne, many local artists and much more. Entry fees for the league will be $20 and ALL proceeds from this event will be donated to the AAAS. We are looking for donations from businesses for the prizes. We are also looking for people to enter the Tailgating Cook-off Thank you all for your support. The animals at this shelter appreciate it even more!!

    RAFFLE Gift certificates from local businesses will sold at Orbit Salon and Dave's Pub. The drawings will be hled August 9th during the event. Winners will not need to be present to win. (But don't let that keep you from coming out!!: ) Prizes (So Far) Bottletree Gift Certificate Lucy's Coffee and Tea Gift Certificate Orbit Salon .....All Stylists are offering Haircut and Styles (Clay Jones, Josh Kersh, Peter Tubbs, Lisa Cortes, and Nicole Willoughby Dave's Pub At Home Local Artists and Many pet supplies!

    HOW WILL THE FANTASY FOOTBALL WORK? Pending on the participation, donations of $20 per team will be sent to the AAAS in the honor of the winners. Trophies will be awarded at the end of the season. This is a fun way of helping out a great cause and still having some fun! With the donation the team owner will also recieve a free T-Shirt!
