hi, i have been writing songs myself for a few years now, have been mainly one half of the band Annexe 13 for the last ten years but now and again i venture into other influences which have pride of place with this non de plume of mine. The influences sum up what i do, if i had to compare myself. Songs to me have their own entity, i write what comes and to me they're about arriving to a point where i can sum up something in 3@half minutes, or maybe 5. I like to meet people who like, of course me, those bands i've cited as the reason for me to slightly emulate them. Any releases, information will be posted and i will reply to messages so please add me and keep in touch as it misses the point otherwise. great to be on myspace, and look forward to meeting you.
December 2007 saw my debut release of "backburner songs" on best kept secret tape label, a retrospective of my work so far, songs from it are streamed on a regular basis and still is available to purchase.
A song of mine "neurotic world" has appeared on a cd given away free with the fanzine called "a layer of chips"...the song is currently being streamed here

A song called "you can't force me" appears on a compilation given away with the zine "wrap your troubles in dreams". Its a 14 track cd featuring the bmx bandits, still corners and many more. Its a great read, "backburner songs" was reviewed in issue 2 so check out the page for more information.
hi, a song called "spare a thought for me" appears on a mini compilation compiled by series two records and eggnog records known as the ep club, this is the second in the series, the club contains ep's by bands such as bakers at dawn, old time radio, under electric light and warm morning, the mini compilation contains myself, new year ruse, my pet goat, the winter club, the jealous sea, the simple carnival and the art department, i believe the release is on sale july 14th and more information can be found at either labels myspace page, great to be involved as my song is a taster for whats to come from myself, the song can be heard on my page and hope you like it, take care and hope to put some new stuff on here soon, thanks again and support the nebraska pop festival.
EP Club 2 is now available (July 14th, 2009)
Series Two Records of (Nebraska USA) and Eggnog Records of (New Zealand) are teaming up and cooperating together in releasing 3'' inch CD/EP Clubs. Each Club will come with (5) different releases hand numbered and limited to only 50 copies (Since this is a cooperation between two labels and only 50 total copies/clubs are made each of the two labels will have just 25 of each Club available). Among the five releases will be (4) EP's and (1) mini compilation. The second edition of the 3'' inch CD/EP club will be released on July 14th.
