Howdy folks, here's a rundown of what's happening in the world of Nex right now... Our brand new album 'A Clockwork Heart' is finished in every way and is scheduled for release on March 31st. The artwork is all done and is looking AMAZING, can't wait for you guys to see it! The digital download of 'Dansylvania' is available from March 18th from iTunes and all good digital music shops, go grab it!
We have a bunch of shows throughout March including some south coast action, so take a look at those and get yourself down to one! And for the Huddersfield faithful, we will be having a big album launch bash at the Chapel on April 7th, featuring some stuff you'll have NEVER heard live before. Also appearing are NATO, Illuminatus and and another band TBC. There's no excuse to miss this one! Hope everyone is well and ready to rock the hell out with us in the coming weeks! xx

We're really pleased with the response to the two new tracks we uploaded. Both 'The Revenge' and 'The Lucky Ones' have had loads of plays and we've gone over the 100,000 count so THANKS A LOT!!!! Now when you click on those tracks you can see a thumbnail of the working cover of our 2nd record - 'A Clockwork Heart'. Sergeant Pepperman was good enough to do the artwork for us and we hope you agree with us that it looks amazing.
We've put up an early edit of the video for 'Dansylvania' with some creepy Nosferatu vampire film footage - see if you can spot Ed in a coffin!!! Let us know what you think.

December has been a relativly quiet month for us gigs wise but we have been busy sorting out the artwork for the new album and getting the new music video ready for release too!

Welcome to the new NEX myspace.
This is a really exciting time for the band with a NEW album, a NEW member and a massive NEW sound!!!
The new record has been mixed by Chris Sheldon (Foo Fighters, Biffy Clyro, Radiohead). It’s darker, heavier but more melodic than anything we’ve done before and we can’t wait for you to hear it in early 2008.
Ex-penknifelovelife guitarist/ladies man Danny Hamer has joined us, bringing a technical edge to the new sound. Now free of guitar, Ed has been released to go insane on stage.
Right now we’re filming a music video for our new single- keep your eyes and ears out for that on TV, radio and right here on the NEX myspace!!!
