“NEXT: A Primer on Urban Painting” is a documentary exploration of graffiti-based visual art as a world culture. The filmmaker profiles the art form in nine countries including USA, Canada, France, Holland, Germany, England, Spain, Japan and Brazil. A combination of verite moments and interviews with painters, “writers”, designers, documentarians and other participants within the subculture, the film conveys the dynamism and creative brilliance of this important emerging artistic movement.

    Für die Anhängerschaft der Schwarz-Weiß-Malerei gibt es wichtige Neuigkeiten. Der Secret Wars Germany Tross zieht unvorhergesehen um. Das zweite Halbfinale am Donnerstag, den 4. Juni und das grofle Finale am 27. Juni mit What!What! Records aus Halle finden wieder in der Scheune statt.




    Am Donnerstag wird es auch gleich so richtig heifl in der Scheune. Mit Caparso und Nico Müller treten zwei der erfolgreichsten und wohl ambitioniertesten K¸nstler gegeneinander an und werden beim Publikum unter Garantie ein visuelles Strohfeuer entz¸nden. Beide freuen sich seit Wochen auf die kreative Auseinandersetzung. Es wird das kleine Finale, das steht schon heute fest.

    Endlich ist es wieder so weit! Am Sonntag dem 22.02.
    2009 findet das nächste Viertelfinale von Secret Wars Germany im Fahrenheit 100 auf der Strasse E statt!

    Wieder einmal darf sich der kreative oder kunstsinnige Dresdner am Sonntag von seiner Couch und der dürren deutschen Fernsehlandschaft verabschieden. Denn inzwischen steht der Sonntagabend in Dresden als Synonym für Secret Wars Germany. Am 22. Februar erwartet die Fernbedienungswegleger die zweite Viertelfinalbegegnung des hiesigen Künstlerwettstreites in der inzwischen festen Wettkampfstätte im Fahrenheit 100.
