NEXUS-6 - STRANGER [2008] Dirty Noise Rec. [beatport release]
Formed by dR.benway (programming, guitar and vocals) and Luz (vocals) in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2005, Nexus-6 started producing electronic music under the influences of electro, industrial & electro clash. The dark and powerful sound that they have accomplished is the result of a combination of digital and analog instruments mixed with sharp lyrics, punk voices and rock guitars.
In 2006 Matías (live drums) joined Nexus-6 playing his industrial noise beats at their shows.
In 2007 they made three music videos directed by Sebastián López: "Androids Insomnia", "Stranger" and "Party Doll".
In May 2008 “Androids Insomnia” is broadcasted on Much Music and "Stranger" is released by Dirty-Noise Records on Beatport. The release contains remixes by Equitant (U.S.A.) and Woman Affair (Spain). In June of that same year the track "Party doll" appears in the cd compilation "Future Clash 2" (Advanced Synergy Records-Mexico), toghether with The Hacker, Terence Fixmer, Lethargy, Dirty Princess, T. Raumschmiere, Isis Signum, W.a.r.d.r.o.b.e., Jonathann Cast and more.
Nexus-6 has played in B.A’s electronic scene in clubs such as Niceto Club, El Teatro, Bed Baires, Uniclub, La Cigale and more, sharing the stage with artists such as Modex, Mujik, Stigma and Cosaquitos en Globo, among others.

El oscuro y poderoso sonido que logran es el resultado de la combinación de instrumentos digitales y analogos mezclados con letras afiladas, voces punks y guitarras rockeras.
En el año 2006 Matias (percusión en vivo) se une a Nexus-6 tocando sus ruidos industriales en las presentaciones en vivo de la banda.
En el año 2007 realizan tres videos clips con el director Sebastián Löpez Androids Insomnia", "Stranger" y "Party Doll".
En Mayo del 2008 “Androids Insomnia” es emitido en Much Music y “Stranger” es lanzada por Dirty-Noise Records en Beatport. El lanzamiento contiene remixes de Equitant (U.S.A.) y Woman Affair (España). En Junio del mismo año el track “Party Doll” aparece el compilado en c.d. "Future Clash 2" (Advanced Synergy Records-Mexico), junto a The Hacker, Terence Fixmer, Lethargy, Dirty Princess, T. Raumschmiere, Isis Signum, W.a.r.d.r.o.b.e., Jonathann Cast and more.
