The next time anyone feels like GOD can't use them, just remember... Noah was a drunk Abraham was too old Isaac was a daydreamer Jacob was a liar Leah was ugly Joseph was abused Moses had a stuttering problem Gideon was afraid Samson was a womanizer Rahab was a prostitute Jeremiah and Timothy were too young David had an affair and was a murderer Elijah was suicidal Isaiah preached naked Jonah ran from God Naomi was a widow Job went bankrupt Peter denied Christ The Disciples fell asleep while praying Martha worried about everything The Samaritan woman was divorced, more than once Zaccheus was too small Paul was too religious Timothy had an ulcer. AND Lazarus was dead!
Now! No more excuses! God can use you to your full potential.
Besides you aren't the message, you are just the messenger.

NFFTY — I can’t tell you how delighted I am to have you join in, rather than be left behind. — W. Maltese, the chronicler of FLICKER: TEEN-WARRIOR SAGA.<br />
My name is Nate and I live in Puyallup. I am studying Communications at the University of Washington, Tacoma campus. I have a strong interest in film production and I am about to start an internship at Kiro 7 doing documentary films. At Kiro, we are currently producing a documentary on homeless teens in Seattle. I hope to get into film production as a career after graduation and hopefully combine film making with traveling abroad.
Basically, I am looking for anyone interested in making movies (any genre) with limited to lots of experience. Whether your interest is directing, acting, screenwriting, or just helping with production and ideas, I would like to hear from you. Living in Puyallup, there is not much of a "known" scene for people in the film industry so I am just trying to get heads together and have some fun. I have a few documentary ideas in mind including a police ride along and a bio of an old hunchback man that lives near me and has spent much of his life collecting trash to recycle.
My other ideas are basically short films ranging from dramatic to comedy to horror. I have scouted a few locations that I would love to make a "cheesy" horror movie at. If all goes well, I am considering the possibility of linking the group I form from interested people who have responded here on NWFF callboad to a film club at UW. That would give us access to resources and a screening house while I am still a student and we are building up our skills together.
OF COURSE the ultimate goal would be able to immerse ourselves with the on-goings of the NORTHWEST FILM FORUM and screen our films at there film festivals. Also, encouraging one another to volunteer our time to help there programs/gaols and network with other local film makers.
SO....
Anyone who lives close to the Puyallup/Tacoma/Auburn area and is interested in making films get in touch with me (preferably ages 18
Thanks for the add and friendship, it is wonderful to have you apart of our network. As you may have read that we have a ministry called Chair Bear that strives to help as many disabled children and young adults that we can through our outreach mission. It is a great honor to have you a part of our my space page. Thank You
