I thought I would start sending some of my small devotions to your comment pages. They are in my blog. But I know that I don't have time to read through everyone's blogs like I'd like to. If they are too long, just don't post them. It won't bother me at all. I like the pictures everyone sends, but I can't figure out how to send the ones I want. I try to copy the photobucket pics, and I can't figure it out. I thought this would be a different way to keep in touch with you. God bless you!!
I Trust you Nana, I Trust You Abba
Tonight, as I was online, my grandaughter woke up. She is 1 year old. She's a cutey! I didn't want her to think it was time to get up, so I carried her in the dark to get to the refrigerator to get her bottle. As I was walking, I was unsure where the table was, and began thinking about how babies/children trust those who are taking care of them. She just laid in my arms, knowing her bottle was on its way. She didn't seem at all worried that I might run into the table or fall over toys that are all over the floor in their room, ha. See where I'm going with this? As darkness surrounds us, we can be 100% sure that our Father, who is the Light, sees the obstacles that could make us fall. He will carry us through this life. We just need to lie in His arms and trust, trust, trust. Oh, how I desire the kind of child-like trust I see in my grandchildren!!! God bless each of you. Lord Jesus, help me not to look and think about the obstacles in my way. Help me not look at the darkness that is around me. Lord, I pray for all of your children. Remind us when we see so many things happening on the earth that You, You, You are in control!!!! Thank You Father for the times you have carried me, when I didn't even realize I was being carried. Thank you Jesus, amen
