The Mill takes place every week (alternating from Edinburgh to Glasgow). Both venues, created by Miller Genuine Draft, showcase the best in emerging new music each week, giving live music audiences and artists alike a unique gig experience. The Mill is a gig experience that offers fans the highest quality in emerging music all FREE of charge. Every gig / band is being professionally filmed and live music videos (and recording level audio) is produced for each artist. The audience can be in the videos and are encouraged to get involved, there is a panel of music industry experts from all sectors of the industry helping select bands and they will be at the gigs doing interviews and DJ sets etc. There is a lot of additional promotions behind The Mill for example Billboard / Poster Campaigns, Cinema Advertising, and so on - the full package each band receives is worth thousands of pounds in promotion, not to mention a professional live music video and audio tracks produced in the studio by Tony Doogan (Mogwai, Snow Patrol, Belle & Sebastian etc)

If it's too late or sold out then simply join NFS mailing list above and you will be emailed with the opportunity to get on the exclusive guest list we run each week. We will then ask for your name, number of people on guest list. You must contact us by 5pm on the day of the gig.

New Found Sound is a unique live music promotions collective whose sole aim is to bring together in one place all the best bands and artists from all genres and styles, radio stations, on line shops, retailers, labels, recording and rehearsal studios, publications, merchandise companies and all things to do with making music and getting it heard. NFS offer Press, PR and Promotions solutions for bands, companies wishing to raise their profiles. We can also offer Touring support and are Booking Agents for a small number of acts.
