About Notes From Underground

Mission: to showcase unusual music; current things from the cutting edge, as well as not-so-new "objects of interest" –– to stray from the beaten path in favor of something decidedly different ..... to expose people to things worth hearing.

Like what? Good question. Music for taming bears and painting ceilings. Mutant disco. Minimalism, excess. Electronic, analogue. The finest in vintage punk and glam. Live music, interviews, and the occasional guest DJs. Lots of vinyl. Tiny wonderful local bands, oddities from the other side of the planet ... past present & future ... things you haven't heard yet, things that got lost in the tide, glorious things people forgot to remember.

Expect everything. anything. nothing. Hopefully, you'll be wrong either way.
