Bonnie	Feb 28 2008 9:24 AM Kia ora! This slide show is a provocative montage of mahi by Renate (on my top friends.) She is a beautiful Belgian lady, now residing in Taranaki. The slide show was put together by another MySpace friend of hers. While at Parihaka, there was a Stone Sculptors Symposium (check out www. tekupenga. com). I met up with Renate, and two other MySpace friends - all Stone Sculptors. One of them, Tapiwa, an African, now living in Slovenia, became my traveling companion. It was an honour to have him here in Hokianga, and Te Tai Tokerau - a fabulous cultural exchange. Thanx to MySpace, Arohanui...... And thank you for the gift of "Korowai" - it's been my anthem all this time - I doubt I will change it - it's me and it's my page!
