NHB (Not Hard Beatz) are Valerio Rossi, Federico De Marinis and Claudio Capuano, trio of italian musicians for years struggling with drum machines and synthesizers
The project started formally in 2005 but the three already 'worked together for many years in the organization of music events in some of the best club of Rome
In 2008 comes the meeting with Fish Rec, one of the Minimal and House labels more 'promising the European scene, in which the project begins to take hold.
The first satisfaction comes with the ep ANALOGIC FEELINGS (June 2009), on wich also took part with a remix From Karaoke To Stardom, the ep was reviewed on many portals, it becomes featured on Beatport , and take three tracks on beatport minimal charts ...
Encourage the three spend the summer in Studio preparing two new ep, "GET BEHIND ME", published code2, which comes out in August 2009 and "Silence", published on Fish rec, which is coming out on October.This time to work with them is Alex Young, elected Beatport artist of the year in the minimal section. The ep is the first international result , it also sends three tracks in the Beatport charts, one of which SILENCE (Alex Young remix) comes up to 2nd place in section minimal and even 39 ° in the general section.
In November 2009 a new EP "Honestly", published FHD (the prestigious label of Chase Buch resident of Ministry of Sound in London) continues to hold the three on beatport minimal chart, nhb came to have 5 tracks simultaneously in the chart .. ...

NHB(Not Hard Beatz) sono Valerio Rossi, Federico De Marinis e Claudio capuano , trio di musicisti romani ormai da anni alle prese con drum machine e sintetizzatori
Il progetto nasce formalmente nel 2005 ma i tre gia' collaborano da molti anni prima nell organizzazione di eventi in alcuni dei club piu' prestigiosi della capitale , Brancaleone su tutti.
Nel 2008 arriva l incontro con Fish Rec, una delle etichette Minimal e house piu' promettenti della scena europea , con cui il progetto comincia a prendere piede.
La prima soddisfazione si conretizza con l ep ANALOGIC FEELINGS(Giugno 2009) , a cui prende parte con um remix anche From Karaoke To Stardom ; l uscita viene recensita su molti portali , diventa disco consigliato di Beatport nella sezione minimal e porta 3 traccie in classifica...
Incoraggiati i tre passano l estate in studio e preparano due nuovi ep; "GET BEHIND ME", edito code2, che esce ad agosto 2009 e "SILENCE", edito su fish rec, che esce ad Ottobre.Questa volta a collaborare con loro e' ALEX YOUNG, eletto artista dell anno beatport nella sezione minimal . L ep e' il primo vero risultato , manda anche questa volta tre tracce nella classifica di beatport, di cui una SILENCE(Alex Young RMX) arriva fino al 2°posto nella sezione minimal e addirittura 39° nella sezione generale.
A novembre 2009 un nuovo ep "HONESTLY", edito FHD ( la prestigiosa etichetta di Chase Buch resident del Ministry of sound di Londra) continua a tenere il tre nella top di beatport , nhb arriva a contare ben 5 tracce contemporaneamente nella classifica minimal.....
