I attended Loyola Marymount on TV and Film and it was the greatest experience of my life and the highlight of my summer! On top of learning all about film and helping in the production of a short film, I also met lifetime friends who I still talk to today!

To anyone reading this who has not attended NHC....DO IT! The experience is life changing, let me tell you. I signed up for the NHC Business Program because I wanted to learn more about what I would be later majoring in for my undergraduate degree. I also did not want to sit around doing nothing all summer long. Both sides of me were more than satisfied. Upon arrival to the LA airport, I was immediately welcomed by NHC staff and other kids in the program. Everyone was quick to meet each other, and I swear I have never met more chill, cool people before in my life. The nationwide diversity truly made a huge difference. In the business program I found out about how businesses work, while learning about actual companies such as Ben and Jerry's and Red Bull. We even developed an entire business plan for a company we made up on our own! Besides the learning sessions, we were always on the move, going all over LA to places such as Universal Studios, USC, UCLA, Hollywood, and many more.
The trip was unforgettable, and if you have the chance to go, don't think twice about it!

Anyone who has had the experience of attending NHC knows just how much fun this organization can be.

I came to NHC with a goal to learn about the business world but never did I imagine that I would make a TON of friends who I still talk to today! I can honestly say that out of all the leadership conferences that I have been to, NHC is by far the best. Jennifer and her staff were much more like family than guardians.

One of the best things about NHC was getting to experience Los Angeles inside and out. Instead of keeping us all locked in the school's campus the entire trip, NHC took it upon themselves to make our trip THAT much better by showing us Hollywood, USC, UCLA, and Universal Studios!
NHC truly does care about each individual student.
I will forever remember my trip to NHC and I only wish that I could do it all over again.
