who i am

what i do

instruction & programming i taught at st. louis university in baguio city, philippines, teaching c, java, data structures and object-oriented programming.

web development eversince coming to the u.s.a., i ventured myself into web development. i got particularly interested in javascript (client-side and server-side) and ajax.

music & drumming i enjoy playing drums and i am fortunate to have played with various artists and bands of diverse genres. genres include rock, progressive rock, classic rock, rock n' roll, rap-metal, jazz, jazz standards, acid jazz, fusion, blues, r&b, soul, neo-soul, funk, country, bluegrass, reggae, ska, theater pit, and church music. i appreciate every drummer's personality on the kit, however, i do have a short list of influences: neil peart, vinnie colaiuta, david garibaldi, ?uestlove, steve jordan, benny greb, and zach danziger.

matthew funches (singer/keyboardist), another local artist from hattiesburg, ms, plays r&b, soul, reggae, and experimental music. paradox is one of his more aggressive tunes that we all enjoy playing as much as it is challenging.
